About Me

My name is Wendy Ernst, and I am a licensed Real Estate ​Agent. I spent most of my career in property management ​to include receiving and audit. Not only did I have the ​opportunity to meet a wide variety of personalities and ​lifestyles over the years, I was also given the opportunity to ​understand the importance of culture and traditions that ​make a house a home. I chose to transition into real estate ​sales as my love for it grew. I love the opportunity real ​estate gives me to assist others with their journey in life.

Amongst my many talents, I would like to consider myself a ​land pirate as I specialize in land and home, to include off ​grid and manufactured housing.


I am currently an agent with Blanco Realty serving in both ​Maricopa and Yavapai Counties. I hope to have my own ​brokerage someday. In the meantime, I am focused on ​building my own brand called Heart & Soil.


In my spare time I love spending time with my family. If you ​can’t find me I’m probably volunteering my service to a ​local veteran-based nonprofit or assisting our local Animal ​Defense League with TNR.

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1st, a new set of guidelines has been introduced to the way real estate multiple listing services (MLS) handle the disclosure of buyer’s agent compensation. These new regulations remove the possibility of ​including any compensation details for buyer’s agents in MLS listings. It also prevents agents from providing direct links to the MLS listings when posting Sellers Concessions. Please refer to the MLS (or Zillow) for full listing ​details. To comply with the practice change described above, the Arizona REALTORS® significantly revised the Buyer-Broker Exclusive Employment Agreement and created two (2) new forms: Buyer-Broker Agreement to Show ​Property and Buyer/Tenant Employment Agreement Addendum. Buyer’s agents working with buyers must now enter into a written agreement with the buyer prior to touring a home.
